In his speech, Aydın mainly stated that Turkey's efforts in Africa would pay off more clearly in time and emphasized that the Ankara administration has begun to be effective in its relations with continental countries in terms of security as well as economic aspects. He also tried to find answers to questions such as "what are the economic opportunities and risks in Africa?", "what does Turkey aim for in Africa?", "Why are Erdogan's visits to Africa important?".
